Graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. From 1994 to 2000 was junior lawyer, then associate and partner of Alliance Praha v.o.s. (an office of the Alliance of European Lawyers), from 2001 to 2008 a partner of Linklaters. He established his own law firm in 2008.
Luděk Vrána specialises in corporate law, commercial contracts, competition/antitrust and dispute resolution. Luděk is a member of the Board of Directors of the British Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic, vice-chairman of the Czech Association for Competition Law and an arbitrator registered with the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.
Luděk Vrána has been ranked as a “recommended individual“ in the latest edition of Which Lawyer? (published by Practical Law) in competition/anti-trust.
Luděk has been once again ranked in dispute resolution in the newest publication of Chambers Europe Guide 2014. The Guide is published by Chambers and Partners, considered the most prestigious rating agency specialising in the legal services market.
